All of the components are from either Soldier of Fortune or Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement magazines. I was reading them and noticed that the first 3/4 of each were filled with what the name of the mag would imply, while the last 1/4 was filled with ads for mail order brides (heavy on the Asians, R2!), escort servcices, and phone sex. Naturally, I conflated the two elements.
